My own journey began in media sales and marketing, where I spent nearly two decades driving measurable results for CEOs and building trusted partnerships across many different industries. Those experiences taught me that true success isn’t built on tactics alone — it’s built on alignment, clarity, and the confidence to stay grounded in what matters most. 

After years of helping companies grow from the outside in, I saw a troubling pattern — businesses investing heavily in marketing without the solid foundation needed to sustain results. That realization inspired me to launch Merry Barrow LLC - Business Consulting which I built around a proven approach I call the 5-Step Foundation Builder Framework. This framework helps CEOs clarify their ideal customer, strengthen brand positioning, and align their strategy for growth that lasts.
